Terms & Conditions


Free postage is applicable to all delivery addresses within the UK mainland.
All instock items will be dispatched as soon as payment is cleared. Some items can become out of stock before an adjustment to the website can be made and although this is very rare, delivery of non stock items will take 2-10 days. We always deliver your item as soon as we possibly can. You will need to make sure that someone is available to sign for your delivery if by courier or delivery of your order may not be possible.


Items delivered by Royal Mail will be either First Class, or Royal Mail Standard Parcels.
Although we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post we will always obtain proof of postage at time of posting. The Post office do not consider an item lost in the post unless 15 days has lapsed since the item was posted. Once 15 days has lapsed you will be refunded in full or sent a replacement.

Courier delivered items are automatically insured.

We are unable to ship items to destinations outside of the United Kingdom.


Payment can be made by Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, Cheques or postal orders. Cash is not advisable but can be sent at your own risk and by registered post only please.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days of your delivery date, we will take back the unwanted product and issue a refund or exchange. Please note that all refunds and exchanges are subject to approval by our Customer Service Department. All products must be in perfect condition, unused, and resaleable condition.

You should email us using our Contact link at the head of the page with the following information:
1. Your Name and address
2. Product number and/or product name
3. Reason for return
4. Return for replacement, exchange, or refund

We will send you a return email with instructions on how, and where to send the package. Please remember that all returned products must be in the original resaleable unused condition with all-packing material, manuals, and registration card(s). We will issue a refund for any items that meet these conditions.
PLEASE NOTE: We will be unable to send out a replacement product or make a refund until the faulty item has been returned and received.

If for some reason we find we are not able to ship to you within our specified time scale we will refund you in full including all shipping costs and cancel your order. We will always contact you first to make sure you are happy with this as some people are still prepared to wait for the item.

We can only refund return shipping costs if the return is as result of our error or an item is faulty. The customer remains responsible for actual shipping charges, including all items shipped to you free of charge. (Actual shipping bills can be provided when necessary.)

Note: Please allow 14 business days from the time the item is returned to process a refund. Please note that credit card refunds may not appear until the following billing cycle.

Return of Faulty Goods:

In the event that Goods are found to be defective at any time within the first 30 days from delivery then please contact our Customer Services team immediately that you become aware of the defect.
We will then issue a returns document, which will either be emailed or faxed to you.
This document will need to be packed with the defective goods and the package then returned to us within 14 days from the date of issue.
Failure to do so could result in the goods being refused and no refund or replacement issued.


Cancellations on orders that have already been processed will be accepted and handled in the same manner as returns. Customer will be responsible for the shipping. including rejected shipments.


We aim to reply to all emails received with 24 hours, if for some reason you do not receive a reply to an email, please assume we have not received it and re-send.
